Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: September 7, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of signaturewebstudio.site (the “Site”), operated for Signature Web Studio (“Signature Web Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These are website-use terms, not a website-development contract. A separate written proposal, scope, order, or service agreement will control any paid project.

1. Eligibility and scope

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the Site. If you use it for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that entity.

The Site provides general information about website design and allows visitors to request a quote, website audit, or consultation. It is primarily directed to businesses in the United States.

Submitting a form, receiving an automated confirmation, taking part in an introductory call, or receiving preliminary information does not create a client, agency, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint-venture, or other professional relationship. A project begins only when both parties approve a separate written agreement or scope.

2. Services, pricing, and quotes

Starting-price qualification

“Starting at $299” describes the current entry price for a qualifying website project. It is not a promise that every project will cost $299. Final price depends on scope, content, page structure, ecommerce requirements, integrations, design needs, timing, and other requirements.

Logo + Website package

The advertised starter package combines the listed original-logo scope with up to four standard informational website pages: one custom-designed homepage and three additional custom-designed pages. Optional add-ons, third-party services, taxes, domain registration, hosting, premium software, stock assets, and recurring charges are separate unless the written agreement expressly includes them.

Package timing, revisions, ownership, and assurances

  • Turnaround times are good-faith estimates that begin after payment and receipt of the complete brief, content, assets, and required access. Client delays, revision cycles, add-ons, or scope changes may extend delivery.
  • The logo includes four revision rounds on the selected direction. “Unlimited revisions” for the website applies only during the defined design-review stage and within the original agreed scope before final approval.
  • Ownership of final approved original custom deliverables transfers after full payment. It excludes fonts, stock assets, open-source software, third-party components, licensed material, pre-existing tools, and other items governed by separate licenses.
  • “Unique design” means original work created for the client’s brief; it is not a promise of worldwide uniqueness, trademark availability, or non-conflict with every third-party right.
  • Satisfaction and money-back assurances are subject to the eligibility window, request process, work-stage limits, exclusions, and non-refundable third-party or add-on fees stated in the written agreement provided before payment.
  • “24/7 customer support” refers to access to the stated support channel. Covered work, staffing, response targets, and support duration are confirmed in the written agreement.

Preliminary information is not a binding offer

Site content, form selections, telephone discussions, estimates, and preliminary quotes are informational unless a separate written agreement expressly makes them binding. The final written project agreement should identify deliverables, schedule, revision limits, client responsibilities, third-party fees, payment terms, cancellation or refund terms, support, and ownership or handover terms.

No guaranteed outcome

Portfolio examples, reviews, and descriptions illustrate experience or capabilities. They do not guarantee any particular number of calls, enquiries, sales, rankings, visitors, conversions, revenue, or other business result. Search, advertising, and commercial outcomes depend on many factors outside Signature Web Studio’s control.

Availability and corrections

We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue Site content, offers, and functionality. We try to keep information accurate but may correct typographical errors, outdated details, or technical mistakes. Any material change to a paid project must be handled under the applicable written project agreement.

3. Submissions and communications

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit business information only when authorized. By requesting a quote, audit, or consultation, you ask and authorize Signature Web Studio to contact you by email or phone about that request.

A request does not enroll you in recurring marketing text messages or automated telemarketing, and consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing a service. If separate marketing consent is requested later, it will be presented separately and may be withdrawn as stated at that time.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health information, government identifiers, trade secrets, confidential client records, unlawful material, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights. You remain responsible for information and materials you choose to submit.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful evaluation of and communication about Signature Web Studio’s services. You may not:

  • use the Site for fraud, impersonation, harassment, abuse, or unlawful activity;
  • submit spam, false leads, malicious files, automated traffic, or misleading information;
  • probe, scan, bypass, or interfere with security, access controls, rate limits, servers, or networks;
  • introduce malware or code intended to disrupt, monitor, or damage the Site or another system;
  • scrape or copy the Site at scale except as allowed by law and standard search-engine indexing;
  • reverse engineer Site functionality except where such a restriction is prohibited by law; or
  • infringe Signature Web Studio’s or another party’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

We may restrict or block access reasonably believed to violate these Terms or threaten the Site, users, or systems.

5. Intellectual property and portfolio material

The Site’s original text, layout, code, graphics, branding, and other Signature Web Studio-owned material are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view and use the Site for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not resell, republish, copy, or create commercial derivative works from Site material without written permission.

Portfolio screenshots, customer names, review-platform marks, and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer those rights to you or imply an affiliation beyond what the surrounding text accurately states.

Ownership, licensing, portfolio permissions, access credentials, and handover of deliverables created for a future client project are governed only by the applicable written project agreement. Nothing on this Site creates a blanket transfer of project intellectual property.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or load services operated by third parties, including Trustpilot, Google, Tawk.to live chat, jsDelivr, telephone or email applications. We do not control third-party availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link is provided for convenience or attribution and is not a warranty of the third party.

Your use of another site or service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies. The Site’s collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Site disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will always be error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available without interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature Web Studio and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site, reliance on Site content, or interaction with a third-party link. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Liability relating to a paid project is governed by the separate written project agreement, not these Site Terms.

Indemnity for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Signature Web Studio against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your infringement of another party’s rights, or information you submit without authority. This provision does not require indemnification for Signature Web Studio’s own unlawful conduct.

8. General terms

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any consumer right that cannot be waived, disputes relating solely to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Bexar County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date, and an additional notice will be provided where required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Severability, waiver, and assignment

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a business reorganization or transfer.

Entire agreement for Site use

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of this Site. They do not replace or amend a separately signed customer agreement.
